When will my order be posted ?
curvaceous.com.au is reliable and fast. Usually both Australian and International orders are posted on the same day if received by 10am and no later than the next business day . Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be shipped on the following business day.

International Shipping
The shipping costs for ALL international orders is determined after your order is received, international postage can vary to what checkout determines due to weight of parcel. Orders over $100 will incur a $8 insurance fee for your peace of mind that your parcel carries tracking. International orders can make payment via credit card

Returning Merchandise
We inspect every delivery into Curvaceous plus size clothing to ensure that the clothing you receive meet our high quality standards. However if you do receive a product which is faulty, we will arrange free return delivery of your exact purchase when a faulty item has been received

We are committed to providing quality garments to our customers.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
please return to us in original condition (This means with tag & packaging) within 7 days of receipted delivery for
an exchange of size, colour or even to a new item all together
or a web merchandise credit valid for a full 12 months
Returns outside of policy will not be accepted
Curvaceous do not issue refunds on change of mind purchases. Due to keeping our postage costs and pricing low, postage costs are payable by the buyer for returns that are not faulty
