What payment methods do you accept?
We have a secure checkout which you will find is locked in the top of your toolbar for payment via credit card
PayPal is also available, however echeques are not accepted. We also accept bank deposit/ internet transfer (Payment must be paid at time of ordering)

What size range do you carry ?
Our plus size clothing range is generally from sizes 18 to 30 however we do from time to time go as low as a 16 and as high as a 32
We believe we provide quality plus size clothing, large plus size fashion at affordable pricing

Do you have a plus size clothing catalogue ?
Unfortunately at this time we do not this is due to our stock constantly changing over very quickly

What if my item ordered is out of stock ?
Sorry but when you see an out of stock item that is the end of the line in that size. We do not mass produce apart from some wardrobe essentials

Do you charge GST ?
By law we have to charge GST all our items are GST inclusive, the price you see is the price you pay

I have just placed an order on your web site, and now realise that I have made a mistake. Can my order be corrected?
To correct the order that you have just submitted, please send an email be sure to include the complete name and address submitted on the order, along with your order confirmation number. In addition to the address information, we will need complete detail on the incorrect information and the change you would like for us to make. Please keep in mind that once your order has been processed we may or may not be able to make the change. If this is the case, we suggest you exchange the item when it is received.

What posting methods are available ?
We post all items with tracking either by Registered signature delivery or express mail, the normal delivery time for items to be received is dependant on State and can be anywhere from 1 to 7 business days. International all items are shipped via airmail (7 to 14 business days)

How often do you add new products to your Web site?
The site is often updated every fortnight if not every week when we are at the beginning of a new season.
