Shipping Charges
Australian customers shipping is a flat rate of $8.50 per parcel. From time to time a $3 extra post is on a heavy weight item, this is noted on the page.

When will my order be shipped?
curvaceous.com.au is reliable and fast. Usually all orders are posted on the same day or the next business day that payment is received. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be shipped on the following business day. International orders also will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed completely.

Currently we are only set up to ship to New Zealand, we will be shipping worldwide shortly

RETURNS

Returning Merchandise
We are committed to providing quality garments to our customers.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
please return to us in original condition (This means with tag & packaging) within 7 days of receipted delivery for
an exchange of size, colour or even to a new item all together
or a merchandise credit valid for a full 12 months
Returns outside of policy will not be accepted
We want to keep our prices fair, we want to keep our $8.50 flat rate shipping
we dont want to build in extra costs for returns due to change of mind into our purchase prices
for these reasons we are happy to provide a refund less a 10% restocking fee if a customer does not wish to receive a full merchandise credit or exchange.
Returns outside our 7 day policy, customers will need to obtain authorisation from us to return and will be done at our discretion for a merchandise credit only
Due to keeping our postage costs and pricing low, postage costs are payable by the buyer for returns that are not faulty
